Subject to the Terms of Services ("TOS") which can be found at ( Terms of Service ), you have complete control over your personal information and all content that you upload and display on Pagejoint's website.
We reserve the right to change and/or amend this Private Policy at any time without any prior notice to you.
The Information We Collect
We shall require you to provide us with some personal information (name, address, date of birth, email address, your contact number, your gender and any other relevant personal information) when you register with Pagejoint.
You may update or amend your information and any other information you upload and display at any time.
We shall also collect information from you when you register and use Pagejoint's website. When you use Pagejoint's website, we shall collect your brower type and the IP address. You may perform a number of functions when you use Pagejoint. For example, you may set up an account, a personal profile, a website, form relationships, send messages, perform searches and queries, set up events, add pages, add applications, and transmit information through various channels and websites.
We will collect and retain the said information mentioned herein in order for us to provide you with personalized features and better services. In the event that you update and/or amend any information that you upload and/or display on Pagejoint's website, we shall retain a copy of the original version so that you will be able to revert to the original version should you wish to do so.
All Content (please refer to the TOS for the definition of Content) posted, uploaded and displayed on Pagejoint's website are posted at your own risk. You are responsible for what you post on Pagejoint's website. You are allow to set your privacy options when you register with Pagejoint. Nonetheless, please note that privacy options are not secured and penetrable. Other users may be able to view your profile and the Content you upload, post and display on Pagejoint's website.
We cannot control the actions of users who wish to view the Content you display, post or upload to Pagejoint's website.
By accessing and registering with Pagejoint, you understand that we have no control over the actions of any and all third parties and you understand that we may keep a back-up copy of all the information and Content you post, display and upload onto Pagejoint's website. By registering and accessing Pagejoint, you also understand that we shall not be responsible in the event any third parties keep a copy of the information and Content that you post, display and upload onto Pagejoint's website. Pagejoint shall not be responsible for any actions, in whatever form and format and howsoever created, by any third parties. The third parties and/or you are responsible for all their/your own actions.
You shall use Pagejoint's website in accordance with the provisions in this Privacy Policy and any other terms that govern your relationship with Pagejoint. You shall not improperly collect or misuse any of the information provided on Pagejoint by other users. A violation of these terms and any other terms that govern your relationship with Pagejoint shall be reported to Pagejoint immediately. If you choose to use our invitation service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address. We will send your friend an email or instant message in your name inviting him or her to visit the site. Pagejoint stores this information to send invitations and reminders, to register a friend connection if your invitation is accepted, to allow you to see invitations you have sent, and to track the success of our referral program.
We are entitle to collect any information about you or any Content and information you have posted, displayed and updated on Pagejoint's website in order for us to provide you with better and more personalized services. By registering and accessing Pagejoint, you are consenting to have your personal information and the Content and any information you have posted, displayed and updated transferred to and processed wherever the servers are hosted.
Use of Information Obtained by Pagejoint
Information that you upload and display on Pagejoint's website will be available for others to view and to enable other people to connect to you and for you to connect with other people. We are entitled to use your name and email address to send to you notifications regarding Pagejoint and any services offered by Pagejoint. We sometimes use the information you upload and display on your profile to edit and personalized your profile. We also allow other users to add information to your profile on Pagejoint. The information you upload and display on Pagejoint's website will be available to other users of Pagejoint if you and the other users are part of the same network or group. Your name, the names of your networks and groups will be available in search results in Pagejoint and in some third party search engines. You may restrict access to your profile by editing the privacy settings.
Pagejoint may send you announcements or updates from time to time through the general operation of the service. For instance, if a friend sends you a new message, invites you to join a website, refer friends or share contents.
We may send you an email notification on that. You may decide (by editing your privacy settings) to opt out of such email notifications. Nonetheless, we are still entitled to send you email notifications regarding your account with us.
Pagejoint may use information in your profile without identifying you as an individual to third parties in certain circumstances such as amongst others, advertisements, promotions and etc. We may use information about you that we collect from other sources, including but not limited to newspapers and Internet sources such as blogs, instant messaging services, Pagejoint Platform developers and other users of Pagejoint, to supplement your profile. Where such information is used, we generally allow you to specify in your privacy settings that you do not want this to be done or to take other actions that limit the connection of this information to your profile (e.g., removing photo tag links).
Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
We may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. Additionally, we may share account or other information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the Pagejoint service or using the Pagejoint name, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents or government agencies.
We let you choose to share information with marketers or electronic commerce providers through on-site offers.
We may offer stores or provide services jointly with other companies on Pagejoint. You can tell when another company is involved in any store or service provided on Pagejoint, and we may share customer information with that company in connection with your use of that store or service.
If the ownership of all or substantially all of the Pagejoint business, or individual business units owned by Pagejoint, were to change, your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the service can continue operations. In any such transfer of information, your user information would remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy.
When you use Pagejoint, certain information you post or share with third parties (e.g., a friend or someone in your network), such as personal information, comments, messages, photos, videos or other information, may be shared with other users in accordance with the privacy settings you select. All such sharing of information is done at your own risk. Please keep in mind that if you disclose personal information in your profile or when posting comments, messages, photos, videos or other items, this information may become publicly available.

Third Party Advertising
Advertisements that appear on Pagejoint are sometimes delivered (or "served") directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. These third party advertisers may also download cookies to your computer, or use other technologies such as JavaScript and "web beacons" (also known as "1x1 gifs") to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. Doing this allows the advertising network to recognize your computer each time they send you an advertisement in order to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. In this way, they may compile information about where individuals using your computer or browser saw their advertisements and determine which advertisements are clicked. Pagejoint does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third party advertisers. Third party advertisers have no access to your contact information stored on Pagejoint unless you choose to share it with them.
This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by Pagejoint and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any of its advertisers.
